Delivery time
Shipped via Japan Post EMS / international mail. Ships within 5 business days of order; typically arrives in 1–2 weeks.
Duties & customs
Import duties are already included in the listed price — you will not be charged anything extra by customs on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Because our boxes contain perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your box arrives damaged or with the wrong contents, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omakasegift.com with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
