1. About these terms
These terms govern purchases made through OmakaseGift. By placing an order, you agree to them.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via Stripe Payment Links. Your contract to purchase is formed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. Prices are listed in USD and include import duties for US shipments.
3. Cancellations
Because each box is packed to order, cancellation requests can only be honored before the order has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
4. Product availability
Contents of each box reflect the items described on the product page at the time of order but may be substituted with an equivalent item if a specific product becomes unavailable.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays caused by international shipping carriers or customs authorities beyond our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
